Nigel Ray and Partners is an independent Partnership with offices in London and operates throughout the south of England, primarily within the M25 area. The practice is constructionline accredited for government and local authority public sector work. (Constructionline registration No. 44890)

The practice was founded on 1st May 1985 in a period where major changes were occuring in the building industry and the procurement of building works. It was against this background of change that the partnership was formed to meet the new challenge.

The scope of work undertaken has changed with the times and conditions prevailing. Management techniques and technology have been introduced commensurate with the continued changing circumstances of the Quantity Surveying profession.

The practice has now established a reputation as experienced practitioners offering a reliable and efficient service to meet the particular needs of individual clients.

The partnership currently comprises two partners, one consultant, three suitably qualified surveyors and assistants and two technical staff, together with several part time consultants.
